Will my fuel delivery schedule or service be interrupted?
No, your fuel deliveries and services will continue as usual. Your bills will also continue to be provided directly from Ace-Robbins. We are committed to making this transition seamless for you.

Do I need to set up a new account with Blueox Energy?
No action is needed from you at this time. Your account will be securely transferred, and we’ll notify you if any additional steps are required in the future.

Will my pricing or payment plan change?
Your current pricing and payment plans will remain in place unless you’re notified otherwise. We’ll always be transparent about any changes well in advance.

Who do I contact for service or questions?
You can reach us at the same phone number, at the same office, or through all the same online channels, and you will be working with all the same people.

Will the same technicians and drivers continue servicing my account?
Yes! In many cases, the same local team members you know and trust will continue to serve you this heating season.

What are the benefits of this change for me?

Absolutely. Your information is safe and has been transferred securely. Ace-Robbins and Blueox Energy take data privacy very seriously.

Will I receive new account information or logins?
If there are changes to how you access your account or make payments, we’ll provide clear instructions and support to help you through the process.

Will my delivery method (automatic vs. will-call) stay the same?
Yes, your current delivery method will remain the same unless you request a change.

Can I still use my existing budget or pre-buy plan?
Yes, existing budget or pre-buy plans will be honored as agreed. We will contact you directly if anything needs to be updated.
