Dear Valued Ace-Robbins Customers,

Abby and I purchased Ace-Robbins, Inc. on April 30, 1982, with the hopes of carrying on the family-owned business and providing excellent service to our customers for many
years. I am very proud to say 43 years later, mission accomplished!

You have made our lives, and the lives of our wonderful employees, so fulfilling by being able to interact with you and provide the services that we do in a professional
manner. As honored as we have been owning the company, the time has come to retire, spend time with family and friends and do some much longed for travel.

I am writing with a heavy heart to inform you that we are selling Ace-Robbins, Inc. to another family-owned business that has the same desires as we did 43 years ago, to
provide valuable services to our wonderful customers. This decision did not come easy as our employees and you as customers have meant so much over the decades, we wanted to
hand the keys over to someone that would ensure a seamless transition and continue what was started over 75 years ago.

I would like to introduce you to Jared Bartle (President) and Julia Miller (Sr. Vice President) of Blueox Energy Products and Services. Jared and Julia are cousins operating a
very successful energy company in Oxford, NY. The decision to work with Jared and Julia was clear very early, in that, their company mirrors ours. They carry the same values and
expectations that Abby and I do, and they care deeply about their employees and customers.

Rest assured, though WE are retiring, Ace-Robbins, Inc., is not. The company will remain the same quality provider of HVAC Services and Fuel Sales as you have come to
expect. We are looking forward to the wonderful things that will come for the employees and our valued customers. Thank you for your support over the years.

We look forward to spending our free time chatting with you at a restaurant, the grocery store or just out and about.
