Delivering Real Value, Every Day

Does your propane delivery supplier also provide maintenance on your propane systems? Ace-Robbins does.

We don’t just deliver propane. We help keep your propane equipment running smoothly and economically.

Many propane delivery suppliers in our service area will only deliver the fuel. We don’t think that takes customer service far enough. You shouldn’t need to make two different phone calls simply to keep your furnace running properly in the winter.

We talk about other reasons why you’ll want to choose Ace-Robbins for propane delivery – but our complete sales and service support for propane equipment is a good place to start.

Enroll in our EZ Pay Plan for worry-free automatic delivery and more savings.

Couple paying billsThe best way to set up automatic delivery is to sign up for an Ace-Robbins EZ Pay Plan. This plan allows you to spread your fuel costs out predictably over many months, so you don’t get any surprise pricing spikes during peak season – which unfortunately happens around the winter holidays in our region.

Automatic delivery is an important feature of the EZ Pay Plan.  We use a tank sensor, past family or area usage, and upcoming weather predictions to help us always keep your tank filled with enough propane to get you through any period of heavy need.  With our no run-out guarantee, you'll never be left in the cold. Call for details.

As an EZ Pay Plan member, you will also receive an automatic 15-cent-per-gallon discount on every delivery!

Will-call service is also available.

If despite all the benefits of automatic delivery you prefer to handle your own tank monitoring and delivery calls, we will make a delivery on our next scheduled delivery day for your area.

Please note, if you require an emergency off-route run-out delivery, additional fees may apply and you may have to wait 2 or 3 days before our driver will be in your area.

You can also receive an automatic 15-cent-per-gallon discount on your Will-call delivery by paying your bill within ten days.

Save even more: set up an account online with electronic funds transfer (EFT).

We encourage both automatic delivery and will-call customers to set up an online account with us. That way you can always see your purchase history, as well as when you are scheduled your next fuel delivery.

To encourage prompt payment and less paperwork, we will give you a $25 coupon good on your next delivery when you sign up for EFT payments. Your account will be billed upon delivery, and you will still qualify for the 15-cent-per-gallon delivery savings!

If you don’t use propane appliances, consider why you should:

  • Propane is cheaper than electricity.
A U.S. Department of Energy report states that the cost of heating an American home with propane has become much lower in recent years. It also says that water heaters cost one-third less than electric units to operate, and they recover water twice as quickly as electric water heaters.
  • Propane is warmer than electricity.
While a propane gas furnace heats air up to 140ºF and operates in short intervals, an electric heat pump only products heat below body temperature, so the air actually feels cold when you put your hand in front of a vent.
  • Propane is more dependable than electric.
It can be stored in a tank on your property, while electricity is subject to power outages.
  • Propane is clean energy.
Homeowners and businesses using propane help cut emissions and protect the environment. It is an approved alternative fuel listed in both the Clean Air Act of 1990 and the National Energy Policy Act of 1992. Because it releases as a gas, it won’t spill, pool, or leave a residue – and it is not harmful to soil or water.
  • Propane is safe energy.
It has built-in safety properties: It won’t ignite when combined with air unless the ignition source reaches 920ºF.
