Service plans ensure that you will receive professional preventive maintenance for your oil burner and fuel oil tank. An oil burner tune-up, which is included in all of our plans, will increase your heating efficiency and allow you to save on heating costs. Our plans have been designed to be economical and a good value. The purpose of the plans is to keep your heating and hot water system working at peak efficiency and to keep critical parts maintained. Tune-Up

- We will perform the following:

Clean interior of heat exchanger,
flue pipe and base of stack
(if possible). - Replace oil filter cartridge.
- Replace oil burner nozzle.
- Replace air filter.
- Check combustion chamber.
- Clean electrodes and set proper gap.
- Check and test operating and safety controls.
- Check and lubricate motors.
- Check and adjust fan belt.
- Adjust heating unit to maximum efficiency.
- Perform an efficiency check.
The TankSure Program
Paying for an oil tank replacement or having an unexpected leak is something that everyone would like to avoid. The TankSure Program is designed to eliminate that worry by providing a recommended annual preventive maintenance practice. The TankSure Program is designed to monitor and protect your fuel oil tank and give you peace of mind that if your tank needs to be replaced, it will be covered by our $1,000 payment. $1,000 Proactive Tank Replacement Payment
Your tank's thickness measurements, physical characteristics and surrounding environment will be analyzed with our Tank Profiling Software to determine if it needs to be replaced. If your tank needs replacement in the future, that replacement will be covered by our $1,000 payment.
Monitoring & Inspection
Our trained service professionals will use state-of-the-art ultrasonic equipment to test your tank. The ultrasonic test uses the same technology as a medical ultrasound to measure the thickness of your tank's wall. From these measurements we are able to determine if your tank should be replaced.

Emergency Service
Emergency service is defined as no heat, oil leak, or smoke. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to Comprehensive Maintenance Plan customers. All other service will be done during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Automatic Delivery
With a sophisticated monitoring system, we can track your fuel usage and predict your need based on weather patterns. Utilizing this system we are able to automatically deliver your fuel when you need it. We will keep you supplied with home heating fuel, worry free! Read more.
