Ace-Robbins Technical Staff

The staff at Ace-Robbins includes both national Siver and Gold Certified Technicians.

National Silver Certification

In order to qualify for the National Silver Certification, all technicians must pass a series of tests or final examinations given at the end of each training course. They must have an overall passing grade of 78% in the Basic Oil Heat Technician Course, which is based on the NORA Oil Heat Technician's Manual, to receive a Bronze apprentice certification.
