The best way to set up automatic delivery is to sign up for an Ace-Robbins EZ Pay Plan. This plan allows you to spread your fuel costs out predictably over many months, so you don’t get any surprise pricing spikes during peak season – which unfortunately happens around the winter holidays in our region.
An important feature of the EZ Pay Plan is that it includes automatic fuel delivery. With automatic delivery, we estimate your fuel needs based on weather predictions and something we call your K factor—it's like a miles-per-gallon rating for your home.
We calculate your K factor in a number of ways, including the size of your home, the efficiency level of your heating system, the size of your fuel tank and the number of people living in your home.
With automatic delivery, you never have to worry about calling for your fuel or running out of fuel. We anticipate your fuel needs and make deliveries accordingly. This doesn't cost you more, by the way, because you won't be using more fuel than you would without automatic delivery.
As an EZ Pay Plan member, you will also receive an automatic 15-cent-per-gallon discount on every delivery!
Will-call service is also available.
If, despite all the benefits of automatic delivery, you prefer to monitor your own fuel level and call us when needed, we will make a delivery on our next scheduled delivery day for your area.
Please note, if you require an emergency off-route run-out delivery, additional fees may apply and you may have to wait 2 or 3 days before our driver will be in your area.
You can also receive an automatic 15-cent-per-gallon discount on your will-call delivery by paying your bill within ten days.

We encourage both automatic delivery and will-call customers to set up an online account with us. That way you can always see your purchase history, as well as when you are scheduled for your next fuel delivery.
To encourage prompt payment and less paperwork, we will give you a $25 credit on your next delivery when you sign up for EFT payments. Your account will be billed upon delivery, and you will still qualify for the 15-cent-per-gallon delivery savings!
*Note: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a system of transferring money from one bank account directly to another without any paper money changing hands.
