Delivery Options

Our customers rely on us to keep their homes and businesses running efficiently all year long, and we take that seriously. To ensure that our deliveries run on time, our drivers are trained to become familiar with all of the main and rural roads in our service area. They don’t get lost or run late, and they stay in communication with our main dispatch office. We know where they are on the delivery route, and we can give them a heads up on construction, accidents, or road closures.

When it comes to delivery plans, we offer two options: 

Automatic Delivery: Automatic delivery shortens your to-do list because you don’t have to call us when your fuel tank is getting low. We’ll set a refill schedule so you don’t run out of heating oil or propane, and you don’t have to worry. Most of our customers prefer automatic delivery. Will-call Service: If you prefer to monitor your own fuel levels and call us when a refill is needed, we’ll make a delivery on our next scheduled delivery day in your area. Please note:  if you require an emergency or off-route delivery, or if you run out of fuel, additional fees may apply and you may have to wait 2 or 3 days before our driver will be in your area.
